Subject to the Applicant's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Applicant shall retain ownership of all personal information and documents submitted to the Arise Youth Employment Portal as part of the employment application process. However, Arise Youth Employment Portal reserves the right to store, use, and review this information solely for the purpose of processing and reviewing the application, verifying qualifications, and for internal purposes related to the operation of the employment service.
The Applicant acknowledges and consents to Arise Youth Employment Portal utilizing submitted data, including but not limited to, educational qualifications, identification details (such as NIN), and employment history for verification purposes and in compliance with applicable government regulations.
All submitted materials will be securely stored by Arise Youth Employment Portal for up to 12 months following the completion of the application process. The Applicant is responsible for retaining copies of their documents for personal records, as Arise Youth Employment Portal cannot guarantee the availability of submitted files beyond the 12-month period.
